Manual Location with custom attribute

Since geolocation extension is too much for my need, I want to add city selection manually using custom attributes using steps mentioned here:

Is there any way to add hidden metadata/parameters for each city?

For example 1 have 3 cities selection like this

Option 1: City A
Hidden parameters:
postal code - 12341
area code - 021

Option 2: City B
postal code - 12342
area code - 022

Option 3: City C
postal code - 12343
area code - 023

I need hidden parameters for each city beacause im planning to create a xml feed similar like facebook real estate feed like this:

I see. Unfortunately, there is no such feature, it will require advanced customization to filter by URL in this way, and fields can be added in the admin panel, these are meta boxes API of WordPress itself. We recommend using the Geolocation extension, it is implemented simply, but you will need to use the provider’s map.
