Hide the price from an extra while keeping back end price and calculation

Is there any css code or code snippets to hide the front end price display of an extra on a listing.

E.g. vendor has an extra of $120 per day. On the listing I only want it to display the description e.g. “extra (2nd) Jet Ski” not the price while still keeping the price and calculations in the back end.
