Hiding Service Fees from Vendor Order

On the vendor/hosts order details page, it shows the service fee that the user pays.

To avoid confusion, I’d like to not show this line item, or the “total” line item (which also includes that).

I saw this string: Hide Commission and Earnings on Order Details Page - #11 by tomp, and am hoping you can tell me how to customize that php snippet to hide those to lines on the vendor’s page?
