Hola

Tengo un emprendimiento de alquiler de bicicletas, el turno es de 3 horas, quería saber si era posible en un mismo dia, tener distintos turnos/horarios disponibles para reservar.

Y si puedo selecciónar en una franja horaria, un precio superior.

Sure, if you have the Bookings extension please enable time slots in HivePress/Settings/Bookings, then you can set the time slot duration and interval for each listing. Each time slot then can be booked separately.
