How can I change the Dispute button to show Dispute or Cancel? I could not find it in Loco Translate.

When guests come and place orders on the website and do not complete the payment, I have set it to be removed after one day because they are occupying the spaces. The hosts then receive lots of emails every time bookings have been cancelled. How can this be resolved? Is it possible not to save the orders on bookings at all? If I remove the notification about a canceled booking, the hosts will not be notified if a booked booking is cancelled.

How can I ensure that I, as an admin, am notified if a guest cancels the accommodation? I need to be notified so that I can initiate repayment. Also, is it possible to make it so that hosts can’t cancel and refund guests automatically from their profile? Remove the button from their profile?
