How can I change the listing count text in category block

Hi,

I tried loco translate, but this seems to be fixed elsewhere? How can i rename the label within the category block (photo 1) and the label on the category page (photo 2)?

Hi,

You can change this text using Loco Translate, please check this screenshot: Awesome Screenshot

I hope this is helpful to you.

Hi,

Thank you, i was on vacation, loco translate seems to work. However the changes i make do not seem to work on the front-end (screenshot 1).

Altough in the Wordpress editor i can already see the right translation (screenshot 2).

At first i though it was cache. But i also removed my cache, looked on multiple devices and used private mode. The issue persists. I also made a video and mailed it to:‘support@hivepress.io’

Do you have any idea?

Hi,

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. Also, please make sure that you have followed all the recommendations shown in this documentation:

Hi,

It is definitely not a cache problem, i have come across this issue on different devices, in private browsing mode and it persists even if i clear my cache and am not logged in.

I use third-party plugins, the translation plugin itself is a third party plugin, but none of the plugins should interfere with the Hivepress category block on my homgepage. Neither do i have any custom code.

I am very aware of the documentation and the way loco translate works.
I have no clue how or where this bug comes from. Please can you take a look? Point me in a direction or anything?

Hi,

Please note that this issue may be caused by caching or third-party plugins (also, caching by the hosting provider is possible). Also, this documentation describes additional steps you can take to make the translation work: How to change any static text - HivePress Help Center. That is, there are no additional reasons that could cause this issue because, as you can see in the screenshots, everything works correctly locally:

Therefore, please check everything again based on our recommendations and documentation.

Hi Andrii,

I understand. I guess this is above my Wordpress skills. What do you think can i contact one of the experts for this?

Or is this not something they assist in?

Hi,

Please send temporary WP access to support@hivepress.io with details for reproducing this issue, and we’ll check it (please send only the link, without login and password). You can create a temporary access link using this plugin: Temporary Login Without Password – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org.

Done, i’ve send it to support@hivepress.io

Hi,

We checked this issue from our side, and it seems okay. It was caused by a third-party plugin called TranslatePress, and as soon as we disabled it, the translation worked.

Thank you very much!
