How can I create a link in the home to “create new account”

If you mean regular users, you can edit the Home page to add a link or button with “/account” URL. If you mean vendors and you enabled direct registration, please use “/register-vendor” URL. You can also create a custom page in WordPress/Pages with the User Registration Form block and use it as a registration page for regular users.
