Hi,
I trying to edit/re-write the Listing/s text on the Cats. in the front page.
I want it to show the name of the Category, as it does at the bottom or to be able to edit it my self.
Glad to know if there’s a to do it. Even if it’s a CSS change.
See image below.
Hi,
You can change this label using the Loco Translate plugin, please check these docs: How to translate an extension - HivePress Help Center, How to change any static text - HivePress Help Center.
I hope it helps
Hi Andrii, thanks for your reply.
thought of it, but I guess what I want it to show is the category as such for each of the items. If I change in Loco the text, I assume the same text will appear for all three categories. What I want is the same text that shows at the bottom (Tours/Tickets/Events), on top of the subtitle, for each of the elements.
I hope it makes sense.
Hi,
Thanks for the details. Yes, it can be done, but there is no setup or simple code for this. However, you can overwrite the template part hivepress/templates/listing-category/view/listing-category-item-count.php at master · hivepress/hivepress · GitHub with a child theme using this documentation How to override template parts - HivePress Help Center.
I hope it helps
