How can I hide List a service button based on user

I am developing a web page using have press plugin.

I need to show or hide the “List a Service” section based on the login in user.

For Ex: If a person login as an Author, he is able to list a service.
If the person login as a user he is not able to view the list of services. We have to hide the service.
Kindly provide the solution for this.
