Hi! That is the footer widget area. You can add/remove elements from Wordpress dashboard->Appearance->Widgets. Select the Site (footer) on the right side, and drag & drop widgets from the left side to add, or drag from the widget and drop into the left side to remove.

If you want to enable your users to upload files into their listings, create an attribute from the HivePress->Attributes menu. Add a title, and name, set as editable, select Field type: Attachment, select the file types (.exe is not enabled, just if packaged into a .zip), etc. and add this to the selected categories.
If you want to enable file upload attachment for the messages, you need the HivePress Messages extension, and enable the file types from the HivePress->Messages menu
