How to access file or document uploaded In an attachment attribute and is it possible to get notified once any user upload through the attributes , as this is what I am trying to achieve I want to add an attachment attributes to the profile form , in which vendor can upload their license and when I want to access the file and be to confirm it then I can verify them … kindly help out on this

After the registering user uploads the files, you can view this document in WP Dashboard > Vendors > edit vendor > in the field of this attribute. Unfortunately, this type of email doesn’t exist; it will require a custom implementation.
