How to add sub-category AND category to the url?

Hi there,

Normal wp posts allow for the urls to be listed as sitename.com/category/sub-category/post - is there a way to show sitename.com/category/sub-category for listing pages?

Right now it shows as sitename.com/sub-category OR sitename.com/category
