Is it possible that the apply now button sends visitors to another page? Thereby this button acts as a link.
Also, if you as a user/recruiter have posted a job ad and a visitor responds to it, you get an email. Can these settings be changed? I can imagine that it can get very annoying to receive 100+ emails as a recruiter.

Yes, it’s possible if instead of the Messages extension you add a custom URL attribute for listings, and set a button-like display format for it. Please note that HivePress will not trigger any emails in this case, it’ll just redirect users to an external link to a custom URL set in the listing form. If you use Messages, the Apply Now button basically sends a message (with optional attachment) and notifies the recruiter via email.
