Hi,

after having completed a booking order and completed checkout using bank transfer as payment method, the customer (buyer) gets presented the ‘Booking Received’ screen (see attached):

 ![image](https://community.hivepress.io/uploads/default/original/2X/b/b1326694410cc42f9eb021ff51374ee0083c0301.png)

- how can the text “Thank you for your payment! Once the payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.” be changed. This default text is not accurate as no customer payment has been received/confirmed yet at this stage.

Selecting 'View Booking, the customer is presented with the following screen:

 ![image](https://community.hivepress.io/uploads/default/original/2X/3/30254027449b97160b21f6fe41bc70d3567507d1.png)

- would it be possible to add some label to the right column where the $ amount is displayed to confirm that this amount is the combined platform fee only, and not the amount of the service. Would it be possible to add a line with the actual service fee. Alternatively hide the row.

Once the order status is changed in the backend from ‘On Hold’ to ‘Processing’, the customer and vendor are advised by email that delivery can start. However, the vendor receives 2 emails:

1. Booking Confirmed
2. New Booking Received.

How can the 1st email be stopped. I understand that this should be possible by creating an email template for ‘Booking Confirmed (User)’ with empty body, however this is not working.

Further, after having logged in as the vendor, I get the following presented under my ‘Orders’ display:

 ![image](https://community.hivepress.io/uploads/default/original/2X/4/467652196327c3b4434fb8b495259e619116e591.png)

- can the amount be changed to the listing value, and not to the total (customer + vendor) commission amount as this makes no sense
- the order detail shows the following:
 ![image](https://community.hivepress.io/uploads/default/original/2X/f/f7b4e49fd539da8395411fd80e0ace3f0d4ae375.png)
- can the row ‘Your Platform Fee’ be removed as this is only relevant to the customer and is not relevant to the Vendor
- can the Commission row show the amount instead of the calculation parameters.

The vendor’s dashboard shows the following information:

 ![image](https://community.hivepress.io/uploads/default/original/2X/d/d0312f6b6016bee87314372c9d0835aa473a751d.png)

- under the column ‘Revenue’, the (user and vendor) combined platform fee is displayed. This is obviously incorrect as this number has nothing to do with the actual vendor’s earning. Can this be fixed and show the vendor’s earnings?

I’m not sure why I am seeing so many considered issues as I would have expected these to be sorted well in the past. Is these something in my setup incorrect?

Anyway, thanks for looking into these and look forward to having these fixed.

Thank you

Hi,

1. You can change this text using Loco Translate: [How to translate an extension - HivePress Help Center](https://help.hivepress.io/article/12-how-to-translate-an-extension), [How to change any static text - HivePress Help Center](https://help.hivepress.io/article/128-how-to-change-any-static-text)

2. Yes, it is possible, but it will require a custom implementation. If you are familiar with coding or have a developer, please check out this similar PHP snippet: [https://community.hivepress.io/t/add-element-in-booking-view-page/8019/3](https://community.hivepress.io/t/add-element-in-booking-view-page/8019/3)

3. Yes, you can disable email using this documentation: [How to disable emails - HivePress Help Center](https://help.hivepress.io/article/126-how-to-disable-emails). If this is a vendor email, you need to disable Booking Confirmed (Vendor).

4. The order amount with all fees will be displayed there. For our part, we plan to improve the calculation in the next updates, but in this case it will require advanced development.

5. Please use this PHP snippet:

```auto
add_filter(
	'woocommerce_get_order_item_totals',
	function($rows, $order){
		// Check order.
		if ( ! $order->get_meta( 'hp_vendor' ) ) {
			return $rows;
		}
		// Get vendor.
		$vendor = HivePress\Models\Vendor::query()->get_by_id( $order->get_meta( 'hp_vendor' ) );
		if ( ! $vendor || ( ! current_user_can( 'edit_others_posts' ) && get_current_user_id() !== $vendor->get_user__id() ) ) {
			return $rows;
		}
		// Get item.
		$item = hivepress()->helper->get_first_array_value( $order->get_items() );
		if ( ! $item ) {
			return $rows;
		}
		// Get commissions.
		$commissions = [];
		$commission_rate = floatval( $order->get_meta( 'hp_commission_rate' ) );
		$commission_fee = floatval( $order->get_meta( 'hp_commission_fee' ) );
		if ( $item->get_meta( 'hp_commission_fee' ) && ! $order->get_total_refunded() ) {
			$commission_fee -= floatval( $item->get_meta( 'hp_commission_fee' ) );
		}
		if ( $commission_rate ) {
			$commission_text = round( ( 1 - $commission_rate ) * 100, 2 );
			if ( $commission_text ) {
				$commissions[] = $commission_text . '%';
			}
		}
		if ( $commission_fee ) {
			$commissions[] = wc_price( $commission_fee );
		}
		// Check commissions.
		if ( ! $commissions ) {
			unset($rows['commission'], $rows['profit'] );
			return $rows;
		}
		return $rows;
	},
	1000,
	2
);
```

1. Unfortunately, there is no such feature yet, but we are planning to add it: [Display earnings only, instead of revenue - #3 by ihor](https://community.hivepress.io/t/display-earnings-only-instead-of-revenue/7129/3)

I hope this is helpful to you

P.S. Please create one thread for one question next time, as it will be useful for our community.

Thanks Andrii.

Re 5 with the provided snippet, after activiation, the commission fee still shows 5% + $1.00 and not the commission amount. Can the snippet be checked?

Hi,

Sorry for the confusion. We tested this in more detail, and it should be displayed by default. The order page displays the commission (which includes fee and rate %), and the earnings are displayed as minus the commission. If you need to show only the amount instead of %, you will need a custom implementation.

Thanks Andrii

Just to confirm, are you saying that the current presentation of the platform fee in the Vendor Order screen (5% + $1.00), as per 1st image, is how it should be? My preference is a consistent display across the various screens and that the platform fee in the Vendor Order screen is displayed as $2.25, similar to the Customer Order screen (2nd image).

Hi,

Yes, this is how it should be displayed, in order to change it, it will require advanced customization.

Thanks.
As per your response under 5 above, what is this snippet suppose to do? After activation I see no change.

Hi,

Yes, this PHP snippet is outdated, so it doesn’t work, but it should have been able to hide the commission on the order details page.
