hello, how to charge taxes to the host? example:
house rent: $100
Host Commission: 13% ($13.00)
now i want to add a tax of 18% to the $13.00.
The host finally pays: $13.00 + $2.34 (18% of $13.00) = $15.34
how can i add 18%?

Good question, joining in on the question, of how to add taxes to the summary of the order
Esit:
Though i do believe it has connection to the WooCommerce and not hivepress as there is tax tab in it
Yes, but I understand that woocommerce taxes can only be applied to users (not host)
Hi,
To take a commission on each sale, please make sure that the Marketplace extension and the WooCommerce plugin are installed and activated.
If you want to take a commission from vendors, please go to HivePress > Settings > Vendors (Hosts) > Selling section. Here you can set:
Also, it’s possible to set a custom commission rate and fee for each vendor. To do that, navigate to WordPress Dashboard > Vendors (Hosts) section and select any vendor. Then set the commission rate & fee in the corresponding fields.
If you want to take a commission from buyers, please go to HivePress > Settings > Users > Buying section. Here you can set:
Now you can take a commission from vendors or buyers or both at once.
Taxes are implemented in WooCommerce, HivePress just adds multi-vendor features to its orders (by implementing commission rates and payouts). Please check their docs about setting up taxes Setting up Taxes in WooCommerce - WooCommerce In HivePress, you can exclude or include taxes in the vendor balance calculations in HivePress/Settings/Vendors/Selling.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Hi, Thanks for your answer but it didn’t solve my question. Here I leave an image of what I want to do… maybe a plugin can help me or how I can hire someone to do it.
Unfortunately there’s no such option, there are percentage-based and flat fees on vendor and buyer sides (so 4 rates in total). Please use the combination of these rates to cover all the possible taxes and payment processing fees of your website.
