How to delete child category

Hey. I have 3 categories that users can select on the submit listing page. All of a sudden one of the categories, Venues, has a child category that is not linked to any attributes. Where do I find the settings to delete this child category?

You can see the child category as wedding. This is the category dropdown list that was originally on the submit listing form, and I cannot find where I specified that the 3 categories should be Events, Venue, and Vendors. Hope this makes sense
