How to Display Description on the Request Block

Hi

Please I have two questions

1. How can non logged in users be allowed to post a request?

2. How can I get the Post request form title and description to be displayed together on the post request page.

In the image attached, you find that just the title is displayed and you have to click on each one to get the rest of the content.

1. At the moment, it is not possible to add requests for non-logged-in users, but we will consider adding this feature.
