This is already built in by default. It’s shown as either a green (online) or grey (offline) dot next to the vendors name.

I’m also using ListingHive. The online status indicator is part of the HivePress Plugin, not provided by the theme.
Go to the back-end of WordPress. Under HivePress > Users > Display section, ensure you have Display online status for users enabled.
