How to reject listing without loosing user’s listing limit?

Hey Team,

1 - The Listing Limit of the user is decreased, even if I Reject/Delete the listing. Can you please help with this?
2 - I had created Custom Mails Template via Hivepress. incase of registration complete something weird is happening. the mail contains text which i have not entered in the template. I even deleted the mail body in template, still getting the same text in the mail body. can you please help me clear this up? ( i have tried to delete and created the template multiple times.)

Hi,

  1. If a user has published or updated a listing and you delete it after publication, the user’s limit will be reduced by one.

  2. Please make sure you set up emails correctly, you can check this doc How to set up emails - HivePress Help Center
    After you set up your emails, please try deleting the previously created template and create it again How to customize emails - HivePress Help Center

If this issue exists, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

  2. I have deleted multipole times and created new template multiple times, still getting the above issue

  3. this is new issue, i am getting this extra margin/padding on all pages, i just wanted to know if I can remove this for specific pages?
