Any idea how to remove above wordpress icon? it shows up when users log in.
Also i want to rename the “sign in” at the header to, “Register/sign in” any suggestion on how to do this without code?

The WordPress backend menu is only displayed when you are logged in as an administrator; it is not displayed when you are logged in as a user.
