How to sync booking extension calendar with other calendar like Airbnb

How to sync booking extension calendar with other calendar like Airbnb so that the calendar can block off booked property on both the Airbnb and my website to avoid booking of same day or time for the same property …as I have all my property listed on Airbnb and my personal business website , basicall I want the website and Airbnb booking to be manage by one booking calendar
