How to transfer listing attribute values over to hidden products?

This would be great to

a) show more info on checkout screen to increase conversions by the user being able to verify details (especially for listings, such as amount of beds, dates, …)

b) to be able to add those custom product fields to the search query to enable staff to easily find the right products to add without having to include the slug/id in a listing name (thats how we’re using it right now)

Unfortunately, we don’t use WC’s product pages, but only their prices. But thanks for your suggestion, we’ll consider adding this feature. As a workaround, if you use Bookings, there is an additional step with confirm details where all the details are displayed.

Thank you Andrii! Is there documentation on how hivepress is using WC products? Since there’s hidden products generated for every listing, and the title is copied and updated as well as the stock from the quantity field, I am thinking about customizing it so that other listing attributes are updated to product fields.

Unfortunately, there are no documents for this, but we can help you find the function in the Marketplace that synchronizes product details.

That would be amazing!

You can find this in the WP Dashboard > Plugins > Plugin FIle Editor > hivepress-marketplace/includes/components/class-marketplace.php on line 1318. Please note that this function is linked to the listing_update hook.

I hope this information proves useful to you.
