How to translate the rentalhive

Will there be a Spanish version? Can the list of properties be displayed in random order or in the order in which they are sorted? Can properties be searched by available dates? Can a property listing be marked as inactive once a period has expired, so that it can be reactivated in the following season, for example in summer?

Hi,

Thank you for your interest in our product.

  1. You can translate the theme using the Loco Translate plugin. Please note that most of the text has already been translated by WordPress volunteers by default.

  2. Yes, you can search by date using this theme.

  3. Yes, you can add an expiration date when creating a listing.

I hope it helps

P.S. Please post in English (e.g. via Google Translate); this way, questions/answers may also be helpful for others.

Thanks for the reply, but I’d like to ask the following questions: 1) Can the property listings be displayed in a random order? 2) Can an ad be inactive for a specific period of time, without it expiring, and then simply reactivated, keeping the ad’s design, ID, etc.? For example, for clients who publish every year but only for a season and would simply like to activate it the following year.

Hi @Enrique,

  1. Do you mean the search results or blocks on the home page?

  2. Once you’ve posted a listing. Go to edit it, and you’ll see a hide/unhide option at the top right of the page. This would achieve what you describe.

I hope this helps!

Cheers,

Hello, thank you very much for your time. My idea is to have the entire property list appear on the home page, with a pagination system of 30 properties per page. The question is, can I arrange that list to be sorted randomly each time the post is opened? Answer 2: Perfect, understood, that’s what I needed to know. Thank you very much.

Hi,

Thanks for the details. This version does not yet have a pagination feature, but we plan to add it in future updates.

With or without pagination, how are the properties sorted in the initial block listing? Can they be sorted randomly?

Hi @Enrique,

By default, there’s 3 options you can choose from inside the block settings found on the sidebar when editing the block.

These are:

  1. Date Added
  2. Title (Alphabetical)
  3. Random

Cheers,
