I don’t want to put any plugin for translation (like loco translate) not to overload the CMS. Please give instructions how exactly I can translate template using poedit. For example, please tell me how to translate Buy now button: 1 - which file should be translated? 2 - what name should be the file with the translation? 3 - in which folder should I put my translation file?

I understand your point, but Loco Translate is the best translation solution, and this plugin does not overload the CMS. All other options will require custom implementation.
