Currently using rentalhive, I will love guests to submit a document like a certificate so the acn be verified this is to make sure those signing up on the site are relevant guests to avoid spams , how can I go about this and the verification process

You can create a booking or user attribute with the attachment type.
But unfortunately, there is no such moderation. As a workaround, you can enable booking requests.
