i am using attachment attributes and URL attributes and i want users can access the file and URLs but don’t want to show the complete URL.

You may change the URL attribute’s Display Format by setting it in the following way:
<a href="%value%">Custom Text</a>

Yes, please edit this attribute and assign it to the Page (Secondary) area only, currently it’s also assigned to the Block (Secondary) one.
