I want customers to pay just commission on mywebsite

I need marketplace to only charge my customers my commission so that the buyer can pay the vendor in cash. This is similar to this request [Charge only the commission on the web] but i could not find the details in your reply. can you please look into it?

is there a way to split requests into two categories on my website ? I want one category to be visible to visitors and the other to be visible to members only

Yes, you can add two categories for requests, but In order to hide them for some users and show them for others, this will require a custom implementation.
