Hello, I’m experiencing a display issue with certain images on my website that I am unable to resolve. The issue only occurs when users are not logged into their accounts (everything works fine when logged in). Do you have any idea what the problem might be? Thank you in advance for your response.

The issue you’re experiencing seems related to caching or a third-party plugin. Please try temporarily deactivating any caching plugins and test if the issue is resolved. If so, you may need to tweak your settings.
If the issue persists, similarly, try deactivating any third-party (non-HivePress) plugins and check if the issue is fixed.
If this does solve the issue, try re-enabling the third-party plugins one-by-one until you find the one causing issues.

As ChrisB mentioned, this looks like a caching problem. Please disable caching for logged-in users.
