Improve the search function

Is it possible to modify search form. For example right now if I write Odin instead of Odın search will show that nothing found. I want to change it. Become some people in my country use only English letters, others use expand alphabet with ı ə and so on

Please note that we use the default WordPress search function. In order to improve it, I recommend using third-party plugins, for example WP Search with Algolia – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org
