# Invalid texanomy error on attributes editing

so i am making a car listing site. I used auto listing plugin in the past but installed hivepress as it offers front-end submissions and editing. Now i have made a few attributes with different field types all good but for the field type “SELECT” when i click on edit options it gives me Invalid Taxonomy. i have not altered any of the plugin files all things are default. But its not allowing me to add options that a user can select while submitting listing and searching.

## Steps to reproduce

create attribute and select field type select. now click edit options.

## Actual result

Invalid Taxonomy error

## Expected result

should allow to add multiple options like adding category.

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, ensure that caching is disabled for logged-in users. hi there so i have disabled all other plugins and the only active theme is hivepress free theme.  
I still get that error. following are the screen shots. when i click edit option button it goves invalid taxanomy error.

Hi,

Please check if this attribute is published. Also, try deleting this attribute and creating a new one with a different field name.
