Is it possible to remove add listing button?

Let me explain, I would like there to be differentiated registration between expert and user making the request. The expert can receive notifications when a request is posted in the category to which he is registered and get the details of the expert who answered him. I would like to remove the feature that the expert can post his services, is this possible?

Hi,

To disable the feature, go to HivePress > Settings > Lists > and toggle off the Allow new lists to be sent. For notifications, please consider using the Search Alerts extension Search Alerts - Notify users about new listings | HivePress Extensions
