We would like to have a chat functionality that connects the user with the vendor. The current site has a ‘message’ functionality, that creates a pop-up box rather than a chat function that sits in the bottom corner of the screen. Is there also a chat functionality?
We have the Messages extension for this purpose but it’s not really real-time (yet), it’s more like sending emails. Adding real-time chat would require integration with a third-party plugin or chat platform.
