Is there a theme that can be used for a apartment rental listing site?

Never used these themes so looking for help to see if anyone else used it for a rental listing site. this will be for one town only

Please try using RentalHive for this purpose, you can use each listing as a unique apartment (like on Airbnb) and disable the front-end submission if you don’t want to allow others to list their apartments for rent (then you can add listings as a site admin).
Please note that setting up & using these themes requires WordPress skills.
