Issue with featured image

I set up the theme step by step according to the tutorial
But the featured image does not appear on the main
I did not find an answer on the forum
I encountered this problem on the ExpertHive theme, but I had exactly the same problem with the RentalHive theme - perhaps some hosting settings.
All third-party plugins are disabled.
What else can I do?
