Issue with the registration

I am testing registration by logging in from an incognito window and other browsers. When I enter my data and register correctly, it takes me back to the login window and when I enter the data and hit login, it reloads the page and goes back to the login window. It only works if I select a page from the menu after this has happened.

This is a problem because many users may leave the site thinking that it is not working properly. What can I do?

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
