Issues with Email Notifications in Listing Hive Theme After Domain Change

Hi HivePress Team,

I’m reaching out for assistance with an issue I’m currently experiencing on my website, which uses the Listing Hive theme.

After changing my website’s domain, I’ve noticed that the email notifications sent by Hivepress have stopped working correctly. While emails from WooCommerce are being sent and received without any problems, the emails specifically associated with Hivepress functionality are not being delivered to my customers.

We found the solution by uploading a old version of our site (by jetpack). We think the problem was due to a code snippet.
