Issues with installing the theme


Recently, I encountered some issues while configuring the JobHive plugin on my WordPress site. I made some mistakes in the setup and decided to uninstall WordPress to start fresh. However, when attempting to reinstall the JobHive plugin, I came across the following error message: “The package could not be installed. No valid plugin was found.”

I’ve reached out to HivePress support for assistance, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a response yet, even though I’m still within the warranty period. This lack of support is causing concern, especially considering that I am within the warranty timeframe.

I would greatly appreciate resolving this issue as quickly as possible, as I feel like I’m wasting financial resources. Can anyone here provide guidance or assistance?

I’m sorry for the delay. I’ve replied via email, but will post the reply here in case if someone has the same issue.

If you downloaded the theme ZIP file, please install it in Appearance/Themes, not in the Plugins section. JobHive is a theme, not a plugin (it includes a few extensions as plugins though). Please try following the screencasts from the docs step by step JobHive - HivePress Help Center
