Customers (Job posters) have suddenly informed me that when posting a job and going to save information, it loops back to a blank page - I believe this is the Logo and personal information page. From the customer “I cannot remember if I did one page and the loop started or it was the second page. But the page with logo and personal information was on a loop.” Any ideas what may cause this? Many thanks!

Please disable any third-party plugins and customizations, then check if the issue persists. If the issue is resolved, try reactivating each plugin one by one to identify which one is causing the problem. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
