Limit send messages in a single category - membership

is possible to use membership extension to limit user send message to vendor in a single category? I want to all categories has a option to send message except one. This one category to send message the user had to have a membership plan active. Is it possible?

I mean is possible to select which category an membership plan is required to send a message?

maybe a code snippet to only apply the restriction on message in a specific category?
