I have a couple questions regarding the booking calendar.
Is there a way to give a different calendar view for the hosts? This interface is difficult to explain/use for vacation rental hosts to set seasonal rates. What if hosts only want to allow 7 night minimums in the summer and allow single day visits in the fall? Or if they want a total overview months like the plugin below ?
Is it possible to click the calendar option on the listing and see multiple months to interact with instead of just one? I think this would be extremely useful for users looking at their yearly calendars as well.
I am thinking of something like the ‘Booking Calendar’ plugin, could I use that plugin to integrate instead?
This theme is fantastic but the calendar aspect is very cumbersome for people to use year round.
Thank you for your feedback, we will try to improve the UI\UX of the calendar. In this version, customization of the calendar and integration of third-party services is possible, but it will require custom implementation.
Hi @andrii thanks for the response! Could you elaborate on how i would go about custom integration with a tool like the one above? I would imagine i could swap code blocks with the current calendar and the new plugin. Or are you saying it will only be available in a new version?
Unfortunately, we can’t provide more information; you need to research the service you need to integrate in detail. After that, use the code and API to write the integration and add CSS tweaks.
