Linking WooСommerce with RentalHive

Hi there,

I can’t get WooCommerce to link with RentalHive and for the marketplace to generate vendors and products. It just doesn’t work. Ive tried everything. Can I give two access to the site to help me?

Please make sure that you downloaded and installed HivePress Marketplace extension via the purchase email you got for RentalHive. It’s not installed automatically. Once you install both, HivePress Marketplace and WooCommerce in WordPress/Plugins, please try to re-save any listing, this will generate a linked hidden WooCommerce product automatically and the Buy Now button will appear on the listing page.

Both were installed. But I went to the email and downloaded it again and reinstalled Marketplace.

Does not solve the problem.

I simply don’t know what to do. Its broken.

Hi,

If you are using the Marketplace extension but don’t have the “Buy Now” button on listings, then follow these steps to fix it:

  1. Make sure that the Marketplace extension and the WooCommerce plugin are installed and activated.

  2. Ensure there’s no Price attribute in the Listings > Attributes section. Delete it if there’s such an attribute.

Now when adding a new listing or editing the existing one, there should be a new “Price” field in the listing submission form. Once you fill it in, the “Buy Now” button will appear in the listing sidebar.

Please note that if you activated the Marketplace extension after adding listings, you need to manually edit them and set the price. After that, the “Buy Now” button will appear on such listings.

Thanks. “Buy now” button worked after I reinstalled marketplace.

But now that didnt solve email problem. I have followed you tutorials, doesn’t work.
Im stuck.
