I have 2 orders with 2 different customers where the listing is not visible although they paid already. In the meantime there were other orders which are visible. How can I solve the problem?

everything as usual. Customer bought listing and paid directly. I changed status in paid and in progress but the listings are not visible.
In the meantime I changed payment methods. Now customer can only pay by credit card because bank transfer is more expense on my side. Perhaps this caused the mistake?

This can happen if the status of an order has not changed to processing or completed for a long time, then the pending draft listing has simply been deleted (they are automatically deleted every 24-48 hours). If the listing is not displayed, then the only way out is for the client to create a new listing, and you will approve it for free.
thanks for the explanation. I will talk with my customers. If I choose bank transfer as payment method, customers often pay at the end of the month. So perhaps it would be fine if listings will not be deleted so soon or if we can choose how long the listing is open.
