Listing uploaded by users goes to draft after being published

Hey Hivepress Team,

we’ve Launched a website using the listing hive theme named makkina.ma , the issue we’re confronting right now is when users upload a listing you can find it published and previewed on the website but after several minutes the listing disappears and will be found on the draft in the admin side

Hi,

Please check if the Manually approve new listings feature is disabled in HivePress > Settings > Listings. Also, make sure you don’t have an expiration period set: How to add a listing expiration date - HivePress Help Center

Also, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

Hi Andrii, thank you for your time. The manual approvement is already disabled but i’ll try to deactivate the third-party & caching plugins. I’ll make sure to update you soon. Thanks again.
