Listings not expired on schedule date

I’ve created monthly paid listings plans and each List must expire after 31 days but none of them are expired and they are published more than one month.

Scheduled action for hivepress will not be executed as no callbacks are registered.

Would you please let me know what’s the solution.

Below is part of WP Cronjob log for scheduled services:

Hi,

Please check that you do not have individual dates set for your listings in HivePress > Listings > Edit listings. Also, please re-activate HivePress extension, there’s a function that should add these tasks.

I’ve disable HivePress plugin and Enable it again

But it’s the same issue.

Would you please explain more with example, I can’t find this individual dates—>

Please note that there are other listing expiration date features that do not apply to Paid Listings. Please review this doc to understand where to check them How to add a listing expiration date - HivePress Help Center
