Make offers on Listings

It would be great if users could make offers on listings.

If a vendor is selling something there should be a button for users to “Make an Offer” to which the Vendor can see it in dashboard and accept or decline.

Or just a feature that allows the buyer to send an offer in messages etc. A lot of the top marketplaces in the world have this and it would be cool to see.
