How could I make that only those who made a booking can leave a review for the listing after his stay date is over.
Please check the “Restrict to buyers only” option in HivePress/Settings/Orders.

If you also use Marketplace then it’ll work this way by default, orders linked to bookings are automatically completed when the booking is over, and if you enabled this review restriction then customers can review listings only if they have at least 1 completed order of this listing.
