Make price extras options only 1 selectable

Make price extras options only 1 selectable. I have 4 extra or tiers which is 3 hours,6 hours,9 hours, 12 hours and full day. i can only see tiers in front end if i deactivate booking plugins. is there any ways to go over this and make this possible? please do help me in this one
