Manually adjust a user balance

Hi there, is there a way to add / adjust the amount of money of a user pending balance? I see that if I add a certain amount to his balance the amount gets subtracted so it becomes a negative balance! For example if I want to manually add 10$ to a user balance as a welcome bonus I don’t know how to do it.

Hi,

The entire balance is calculated net of orders and payouts. That’s why there are workarounds:

  • Create an order manually

  • Create a payout manually

Thanks for your reply, anyway it’s still not clear to me. Can you please explain in details the process?
Like should I create an order of a certain amount for a certain user? What if that user doesn’t have any products? I am a bit confused.

Hi,

This user must have products, so he is a vendor, and only vendors have a balance. Yes, you just need to create a completed order in WooCommerce > Products.
