When i type in my shortcode for the map, it only shows text but no actual map, what do i do?

I am trying to use it on my experthive website but it only shows [hivepress_map]
And i have to theories, could i be i moved my license from one site to another, or that the ssl certificate isn’t installed yet?
the api’s are set up correctly so i think it is a problem with the shortcodes

Unfortunately, there is no such shortcode in our extension. The map is displayed only in search results from the current search page and also on the page of individual listings. You can transfer the license if the previous site was used for development and you need to move it to live site.
So how do I display the map?, should it be when I automatically search. I want it so when I hit the search button it shows the map, of therapists. and who is closest to me

Most likely, you do not have the Geolocation extension configured; I recommend setting it up using this doc How to set up Geolocation - HivePress Help Center
You should see a map on the right sidebar, just like in the demo version Stylish remodeled room – ListingHive
Also, Mapbox has an API that you can use to show a custom static map.
If you know some programing you’ll be happy to look into that as you can actually put that into your homepage even if hivepress does not support it.
Be advised you’ll have to add them manually (separately) after adding a listing and that may be critical (meaning a no no) to your business.
