I read the closed threads on this topic; I believe there was a known issue a while ago, wanted to check the status of the MC4WP not working. Installed and set up the plugin. However, no checkbox appears on the signup form.

Yes, sorry for the delay, this is already fixed and will be shipped with the next HivePress update. We wanted to add a few more fixes with this one.
